I am Brenda Barnhart, also known here as Brennie, and some also call me “B”. I was born and raised in the San Francisco bay area in California where I lived for about 29 years, then I lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for nearly ten years. And NOW I am finally living in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado, where I've always known my heart and soul have truly been.

I spend my spare time working on my web sites (I've got 6) in addition to some web work I do for others; writing poetry, reading, gardening, making soy candles, and spending quality time with my loved ones, furry, featherd and two-legged.

I decided to build this website in November of 2003 with absolutely no knowledge about creating and maintaining a website. But, like with everything else, I had a true desire to do this, so I just did it! ~ This reminds me of a wonderful poem called, It Couldn't Be Done by Edgar A. Guest ~.

And so here I am! Here is my inner world laid out for anyone to bear witness. You will see my pains and my joys all rolled into the person that I am. So I guess you could say, my 'About Me' is all throughout my site. I hope you enjoy the journey as much as I've enjoyed pondering it, writing about it and creating this site with it.

I've been through and have overcome alot of obstacles and always emerge stronger, wiser and a little more enlightened every time. I am now ready to become these things in positive ways because now I know I have a choice as to how I acquire that which I desire to be, to have and to experience.

Another hobby of mine, besides this website, is making and selling homemade soy candles with my hunnie through my other site, Dream Soy.
